Cancellation Policy
Canceled Appointment Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• If the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours, the cancellation fee may be waived at the salon’s discretion.
